Demetrios Constantinides
Recognized on a global stage as the winner of the "Diaspora Entrepreneur" award at the 2025 Cyprus Diaspora Awards.

Executive Roles: He is the founder and CEO of Eptagon Group, a conglomerate operating across renewable energy, construction, real estate, and finance.

Green Energy Pioneer: In 2012, he founded the Bioland Energy Group, driving Cyprus’s transition to green energy via large-scale solar photovoltaic parks. He is also the Chairman of Bioland Promithia, the largest independent electricity supplier on the island.

Diaspora Connection: He lived and worked for decades in South Africa, operating major SPAR retail stores, and serves as the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Cyprus in Cape Town.
George Georgiou
George brings over three decades of construction experience and a BSc in Building Science from the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Drawing on his experience with a listed company Gillis mason (Murray and Robert’s(site engineer) and private developments , he currently oversees project delivery at Eptagon Scaffolding Ltd. focusing on client relationships, operational excellence, and safe scaffolding solutions.
Andreas Michael
Current Execution: He has served as the CFO of Bioland Energy since February 2012. He also sits on the executive board of its supply arm, serving as the Financial Director at Bioland Promithia.
Core Responsibilities: He oversees project financing, corporate finance, internal financial controls, and risk assessment for large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) parks and sustainability initiatives across Cyprus
